Well, it turned out to be a back-to-back beyond 16-bit situation after all. For the second month in a row, Brent, Rob, and Gabe showcase video game music from the fifth generation and above. Wow, they recorded this one super early in the morning. In fact, this is the earliest they've ever recorded in the last twelve years, not including late-night post-midnight recordings. Hey, ever wanted to meet people at a library? No problem, the Legacy Music Hours gives you plenty of library pick-up lines you can draw from in Episode 256. Also, Brent tests Rob's and Gabe's geography knowledge at one point, so with what you learn in that segment, you can use to impress your librarian date at dinner (or breakfast). ReplyDeleteGreat episode, as always! Love the Master Librarian song from SOTN, it also reminded me of this hilarious remix. Tiny bit of context for anyone who's not played the game, the Master Librarian is the shop keep in SOTN, when you select items from his menu Alucard says "I'm interested in this", and when you buy something from him the librarian responds with "heh heh, thank you!". Watch the video, don't just listen to the audio, as some of the jokes are visual. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sPsQnsOHflc
