Great episode! I loved all the 8-bit tunes, and that Sailor Moon track blew me away.
ReplyDeleteLoved the tunes and banter as always! I also have the Hero Quest board game Brent I am so glad I saved mine. I'm waiting for my son to get old enough so we can play it haha. The hero quest track is also a jam!!! Cheers to a great 2016 LMH and I can't wait for what's in store for 2017!
ReplyDeleteHow is Rob making so many in-person appearances?
ReplyDeleteThe Cocoron track has almost the exact bass riff from MM2 - Crash Man
ReplyDelete@ Zach Good call. I think Kanye's new album is going to be titled TurboGrafx 16. Many of the tracks might have video game related titles. Never been into Kanye but if this new album is video game related I might have to give it a listen. The TG 16 had an insane library of great shmups.
ReplyDeleteOnce you zoop, you need that Christmas goose!
ReplyDeleteI know you're barely into your new year, but Terra Cresta may already be my #1 for 2017's Best Of! I love how the channel playing the melody harmonizes with the arpeggiation in the spaces between the melodic lines, but hops on and off in such a controlled, careful way that the music doesn't sound less full when it's not doing it.
ReplyDeleteLoved the final creepy music. Thank you for another great episode.
