The Mega Manicotti pairs well with the Sauvignon Blanka.
ReplyDeleteI prefer the Super Mario Brews.
DeleteBut they pair better with a Gunstar Hero sandwich.
DeleteThe VGM Jukebox always likes getting shout out by their DadCast. And thank you for the personal dedication. I can feel my bone density increasing on that track.
ReplyDeleteBTW, unfortunately it was also my RIGHT leg that broke, so our Voltron would have two left feet. It would have to listen to HAL's Hole in One Golf and "Dance Alone."
The Apartment is SO GOOD. I've been playing it constantly since I first heard it; it puts a big, stupid smile on my face and I don't mind a bit!
DeleteIt's 10am and I'm at work. More than a week since I first heard The Apartment, and it's still playing in my head constantly. That song makes me SO HAPPY
DeleteMan great VGM karaoke. I've listened to the song 4 times in a row!
DeleteWhat source or how do you find and play the music you find and play on the podcast?
ReplyDeleteCheck under VGM RESOURCES on the right column of this site.
DeleteThat Sailor Moon track blew my socks off.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Keyglyph, the sega master system and the Game Gear have some REALLY great tracks in their games. There's just something about the sound of their chip, it's very distinct from the NES one.
For whatever reason, I seem to like the Game Gear tracks even more than the Master System ones. Gunstar Heroes on the Game Gear actually sounds cooler to me than the Genesis version, like, WAY cooler.
I really hope that next months special topic is modern games that play and sound like a legacy game. Shovel Knight, Axiom Verge etc
ReplyDeleteAlso I would like to know if either of the boizzz have seen Sonic Mania which is out next week and if either are going to pick up, though I'm pretty sure neither have a modern console
DeleteNice episode! I started listening to you with the danny sexbang episode then catched up to this.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sensing things. :)
