  1. Castle tunes during the 8-bit and 16-bit days were okay, but I prefer the ones during the 32-bit era more. My favorites were from games like:

    Wild Arms (http://youtu.be/gAy6qk8rl5I)
    Suikoden (http://youtu.be/hLUUhtoQ-Bs)
    Final Fantasy Tactics (http://youtu.be/fU7BJjrp2xg)
    Breath of Fire 3 (http://youtu.be/DjV-8-EpMJ0)
    Legend of Mana (http://youtu.be/rCfa3AZ7tDM)

And many more. Sorry to go off topic guys.

  2. Hey guys,

I don't know if that first Rob tune from SMB3 qualifies as a castle song, not that it isn't a great tune. it plays after you beat a world boss and you are falling through the sky with the sceptre you get from the boss.

It changes to another song when you're actually in the casle.

Just nitpicking though because it's always been one of my favorite bits from that game. Great episode as usual!

Go to 11:33. you will see toad bawling his poor little eyes out while the king scratches a flea from behind his ear. And it happens in the castle. The music also plays after you beat the boss.

Thanks for the almost catch ;)
