The basic blues chord progression is the topic of Episode 253. Used in a lot of pop, rock 'n' roll, jazz, and of course, blues, this episode is not about music that sounds blues-y or that uses a blues scale (though some of the tracks do sound blues-y and/or use a blues scale). It's about music that uses the traditional and generic blues progression you've heard countless times in music and seeing how these different video game pieces express that structure in their own way.
