oh f*ck yeah, the damn Moon theme from DuckTales, 'bout time!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am a new fan of your show after hearing about it on The Indoor Kids podcast. I am listening to the past episodes and am currently enjoying the Disney episode. After hearing you highlight two Ducktales songs that weren't the moon theme earlier in the episode, I began searching your site for a place to express my disappointment. Before I could, I was happy to discover that you DID include it, only at the end of the episode. I apologize for my presumption that you overlooked it. Thanks for making a great show about such a unique and entertaining topic! Keep up the fantastic work!
ReplyDeleteThe Michael Giacchino credited on the "Mickey Mania" soundtrack is the very same Michael Giacchino who won the Oscar for Pixar's "Up," and is arguably the hottest composer in Hollywood right now! Very cool that I got to hear something from his very first composing job.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the great work!
Apart from The Moon track, Chip 'n Dale Zone J is still one of the best there is.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't normally comment a correction, but Brent seems like he is a perfectionist who might appreciate it. I'm pretty sure track 11 (Mickey Mousecapade) is actually "The Woods" and not "Fun House."
ReplyDeleteYou are definitely right. Thanks for the correction!
DeleteMan...you guys did a Flying and Shooting episode AND a Disney episode and you didn't do a Talespin track in either one! Also somewhat disappointing that this episode consisted entirely of Mickey, Donald and/or ducks, Goofy, and Chip 'n Dale games when there are so many other great ones. Granted you did one track from Aladdin, but otherwise there were so many other games you could've pulled from instead of pulling so many tracks from the same few games. Ah, well.
ReplyDeleteI agree with brent. It may be funny to attend a chippendales show due to the absurdity of the situation. Im not entirely sure how funny, but at least slightly
