I was driving when Tetris Blast came on. I had a one person dance party for the next two minutes. That song is such a jam!
ReplyDeleteNow that I've heard the rest of the episode: Major props to Sentimental In San Gabriel -- that was some sick VGM karaoke!
ReplyDeleteLove the Hitoshi Sakimoto and Hayato Matsuo, Ogre Battle is one of my ALL-TIME fav's. They made my top 10 for the 90's! Loved this episode too, wish I was there!
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, Mucho kudos to Sentimental that was seriously BADASS!
DeleteWagyan Paradise...WHAT A JAM!! It sounds like something that should be in Katamari Damacy
ReplyDeleteGive it up to Sentimental in San Gabriel! That was seriously awesome. Seems like so long ago you made your debut on the show with that text about female Japanese composers making you cry. Great show guys.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the appreciation, fellow vgm enthusiasts! You have made an already special moment even more fantastic. I look forward to the world of music that our fearless leaders continue to uncover. And I look forward to hearing vgm karaoke from my fellow users at future events! Cheers!

Oh man, I wish I could have been there, the energy was crazy!
ReplyDeleteI would have been able to introduce that one track too, I have listened to every single episode.
S in SG, awesome job, that was really great.
