Jammin empisode, great music. Love Motoaki Takenouchi, ever since loving Landstalker back in the day
ReplyDeleteSad Brent burned the 7th Saga town track in the last RPG Part 1 episode... that would have mixed in nicely here.
ReplyDeleteThere has been a serious lack of 8-bit music in these parts recently! Only one track this episode, 4 in 125, 3 in 124, 3 in 123, and 2 in 121. There were a decent amount of Famicom tracks in 122, but I'd love to hear some more NES / Game Boy / Master System tracks represented in future episodes!
ReplyDeleteShining Force 2 and Crusader of Centy tracks are the jaaams
ReplyDeleteBrent said he was really proud of the tracks he picked, but overall, I say Rob had the better tracks.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite in this was Light Crusader - Aki Hata - Town - Treasure - Genesis - this was Rob's track. And the Motovia track from Phantasy Star 4 was really strong as well (also Rob's track). Rob takes this one.
I want to share with fellow users a man who has uploaded thousands of videos of himself dancing to video game music. At one time he was uploading around 10 videos a day. The tracks he dances to range from classic to modern games. The following video is him dancing to the Zelda 2 town theme. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=BeXlDgJZXN8
